She is a seasoned expert in process management, deeply passionate about fostering company development through enhancing employee attitudes and managerial competencies. They advocate for Lean Management principles supplemented with well-being concepts.
With over 20 years of experience in business, her roles have spanned managing production, logistics, administration, and sales processes. She've particularly focused on areas such as purchasing, correspondence flow, real estate services, and customer service. She also held positions as a managing director, overseeing customer experience and actively participating in measuring customer satisfaction and improving key process indicators. She is a co-founder of the Wellbeing Institute.
With qualifications as a printing technician and a graduate in Marketing and Management, she's pursued further education through postgraduate studies in Logistics in Business, Quality Management in Modern Economy, and Six Sigma Operational Excellence. She hold certifications as a PRINCE2 Practitioner for Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a certified coach and consultant of MTQ 48 (Mental Toughness Questionnaire). Additionally, she serves as a lecturer at WSB in Wroclaw and PWSZ in Walbrzych.
She's led training and optimization projects for various companies including Aktiw Sp. z o.o., Instytut Mechaniki Sp. z o.o., Polska Izba Mleka, Impel Business Solutions Sp. z o.o., NSK Streering Systems Sp. z o.o., Metsa Tissue Krapkowice Sp. z o.o., and KSM Poland Sp. z o.o.
