Ilona Nowicka

Ilona Nowicka holds the positions of CEO and Managing Director at LMCG Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., also being the owner of Lean Management Consulting Group. She's deeply involved in working with key customers and managing long-term projects focused on process optimization, coaching, and Training Within Industry (TWI). Her leadership extends to managing the Lean Management Academy, TWI Academy, and Lean Management Projects Academy.

Ilona actively leads strategic sessions, kick-off meetings, Steering Committees, workshops, exams, and certifications. She's an author, having contributed numerous articles to publications like the "Kaizen" Magazine and others.

As a Managing Director and Senior Consultant, she spearheads advisory services, training, introduction of LEAN/KAIZEN methodologies, and soft skills coaching, with a specialization in TWI. She previously served as a lecturer at the KAIZEN Academy Postgraduate Studies at Warsaw University of Technology. Additionally, Ilona is credited as the author behind initiatives like the KAIZEN Coordinator Club and Lean Exchange Club.

Her extensive experience spans over 20 years, during which she held roles as Sales Director, Operations Director, and Managing Director at Kaizen Institute. In these capacities, she was instrumental in shaping long-term cooperation strategies with customers, employees, co-workers, and suppliers.

He's an expert in production management, providing guidance and leading projects focused on foundational methodologies like KIZEN, TPM (based on JIMP), GEMBA KANRI (Managerial Standardization), HOSHIN KANRI, Problem Solving Story, and Flow Management.

His educational background includes a Master of Science in Production Management and completion of postgraduate studies in Coaching, earning certification as a COACH at Kaizen Institute. Also serves as a lecturer at various universities including Warsaw University of Science, SGH in Warsaw, WSIZ in Rzesow, and PWSZ in Walbrzych. Additionally, he is a graduate of the AOTS scholarship program and have authored articles published in "Kaizen" Magazine, TOP Logistyk, and Production Manager.

A Consultant at LMCG. He is certified KAIZEN expert and coach with over 12 years of experience supporting Polish companies in Lean Management and Lean Culture implementation. His roles have encompassed serving as a Lean Manager, consultant, and Project Manager, spearheading KAIZEN and Lean Management initiatives.

A graduate of the KAIZEN Academy, he has been instrumental in conducting training and workshops dedicated to Lean Management, catering to both management teams and production employees. His expertise extends to various areas including TPM, SMED, 5S, TWI, standardization, visualization, suggestion systems, line balancing, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, and advanced LEAN methodologies.

Previously, je served as an International Operating Systems Auditor at Bombardier and held the role of Production Planning Manager. He holds a degree from Management Postgraduate Studies at WSH in Wroclaw and actively contribute as a lecturer at Production Management Postgraduate Studies at Wroclaw University of Economics and Lean Management Postgraduate Studies at PWSZ in Walbrzych.

Agnieszka Piasecka-Głuszak

A Doctor of Economics specializing in logistics management. She focuses on Lean Management solutions within logistics, enhancing manufacturing process effectiveness, and implementing systems based on TPS (Toyota Production System). Her expertise includes 5S introduction, standardization, World Class Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Kaizen (continuous improvement culture), and visual management within enterprises.

With over a decade of experience applying Lean Management solutions in various industries including publishing, cosmetics, automotive, and household appliances, he was notably involved in a process optimization project for WHIRPOOL POLSKA Sp. z o.o. from 2016 to 2018. The project focused on optimizing raw material and component flow in logistics using selected Lean Management tools.

This expert has initiated numerous benchmark visits in companies and completed the Kaizen Lean College, certified with a certificate. They have attended multiple conferences, both in Poland and abroad, focusing on logistics, lean/kaizen methodologies, and co-organize scientific conferences. Her contributions have been recognized with the Rectors' Award of Wroclaw University of Economics, I-st and II-nd degree, for scientific and teaching achievements.

She serves as a tutor at Wroclaw University of Economics, authoring and co-authoring numerous publications, monographs (including the first publication in Poland describing logistic processes in publishing companies), academic books, and approximately 80 articles. Additionally, she is a lecturer at WSB in Wroclaw.

A consultant and coach have been involved in various projects such as KPI deployment, Shop Floor Management, Lean Logistic deployment, pilot lines, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, implementing the 5S system, Suggestion Systems, and other initiatives related to Lean methodologies. Additionally, they offer soft skills training including Training Within Industry (TWI).

Over a professional career spanning more than 12 years, he's held positions such as ACE Managing Director at Collins Aerospace in Wroclaw, Process Engineer, and Lean Coordinator at Black Point S.A., as well as Lean Project Manager & Logistics Manager at WABCO. He also serves as a lecturer at Lean Management Toolbox postgraduate studies.

His qualifications include certifications as a Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt. Actively engaged in professional networks, he participates in the Lean Exchange Club and the Polish Association of TWI Practitioners.

Patryk Szatkowski

Michał Pawlaczek

An expert who specializes in Quality Management and Manufacturing Process Improvement, having garnered extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management across diverse industries including automotive, electronics, and medical sectors. He's held roles as a Quality Management Specialist, Quality Leader, and Representative of Integrated Management Systems.

His expertise revolves around quality assurance and manufacturing process improvement, focusing on Problem Solving methodologies based on 8D and DMAIC methodologies.

Educationally, he holds a master's degree from Wroclaw University of Economics in Quality and Environment Management. He's also completed postgraduate studies in Lean Management, SixSigma Green Belt, and Master of Lean Management provided by Wroclaw University of Economics. Additionally, he is certified as a Project Manager according to PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI / PMBoK, and AGILE principles, and hold a Lean Management Practitioner certificate.

Furthermore, he is responsible for introducing Project Management methodologies and overseeing PMO (Project Management Office) development within organizations, managing the project portfolio.

His rich managerial background spans strategy development, PMO, Lean Management, Business Analysis and internal audit within financial companies. He holds a Master's in Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Project Management at WSB in Wroclaw and Chorzow. He also serves as a lecturer at MBA Process Management postgraduate studies offered by WHS in Wroclaw.

His achievements include being a Silver medalist of the IPMA Polish Project Excellence Award 2017 for implementing a Suggestion System in GK KRUK.

She also held positions as a managing director, overseeing customer experience and actively participating in measuring customer satisfaction and improving key process indicators. She is a co-founder of the Wellbeing Institute.

With qualifications as a printing technician and a graduate in Marketing and Management, she's pursued further education through postgraduate studies in Logistics in Business, Quality Management in Modern Economy, and Six Sigma Operational Excellence. She hold certifications as a PRINCE2 Practitioner for Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a certified coach and consultant of MTQ 48 (Mental Toughness Questionnaire). Additionally, she serves as a lecturer at WSB in Wroclaw and PWSZ in Walbrzych.

Additionally, she's developed an original program to support employee development in Lean Manufacturing, focusing on qualification improvement at the production level.

Marcin Surgieniewicz
