MBA Lean Management

The educational curriculum is structured into three primary course modules: Lean Management Basics, Effective Management, and Strategy Management. Each module covers distinct knowledge, exercises, and activities tailored to the curriculum.

Both Service and Manufacturing students partake in the first two modules as they are universal. However, the third module diverges into two separate tracks: one designed specifically for Service-related students and another customized for Manufacturing-related students.

At the conclusion of each module, students undergo an exam, and their performance on these exams determines their certification status. Upon successful completion of all modules and exams, students receive an MBA Certificate, the culmination of their educational journey within these distinct modules.
