With over 10 years of practical experience, she has been actively involved in supporting Lean Six Sigma development across industries such as electronics, automotive, FMCG, and TSL, and currently, she is contributing their expertise in financial enterprises.

Her project portfolio includes engagements with renowned companies like General Electric Power Controls, Mondelez International, and her ongoing work with Kruk S.A. She has an extensive track record of conducting over 1600 training and workshop days and leading numerous Problem Solving sessions.

Moreover, she is credited with authoring programs such as Suggestion System, Problem Solving, 5S, Visual Management, Hoshin Kanri, Daily Management, and Competence Development System. These programs continue to be implemented in the companies they've worked for.
