Marcin Surgieniewicz

He is an expert in standardized work, line balancing, visualization, TWI, SMED, suggestion systems, QC, and other Lean methodologies. He holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a process auditor according to VDA 6.3. Additionally, he is a graduate of AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship) in Yokohama.

His project portfolio includes work for companies such as NSK, FAURECIA, AKTIW Sp. z o.o., and INVENTRONICS Sp. z o.o. He's conducted 38 workshops, accumulating around 466 workshop hours.

Being graduated from Wroclaw University of Science in Production Management and Engineering, he's held various roles such as supervisor in production areas, Production Engineer, Kaizen Leader, and internal Lean coach at companies like NSK and Faurecia.
