An expert specializes in a wide array of Lean methodologies and tools including TWI, standardization, visualization, 5S systems, suggestion systems, Problem Solving, KPI deployment, Hoshin Kanri, Gemba Kanri (Shop Floor Management), and various other LEAN methodologies. Additionally, they are a coach of soft skills like motivation and change management.
With over six years of experience, she's been instrumental in supporting companies as a consultant in continuous improvement, directly involved in processes. She has undertaken projects for an extensive range of companies, including Bombardier Transportation, MPWiK Wrocław, ABB, Lowara Vogel Polska, JTI Polska, Baumit, Pentair Polska, Stone Master SA, Aryzta, and many others, spanning diverse industries such as transportation, utilities, manufacturing, and FMCG.
She also serves as a lecturer at postgraduate studies such as KAIZEN Academy at Warsaw University of Science, SGH in Warsaw, WSIZ in Rzeszow, and PWSZ in Walbrzych, imparting her expertise in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
