Maciej Mańkowski

He specializes in designing and implementing systems to enhance organizational effectiveness. He is an expert in Lean Management transformation and adept in various LEAN methods and techniques such as TWI, Standardization, Visualization, Suggestion Systems, Problem Solving, KPI deployment, and Hoshin Kanri. Furthermore, he is responsible for introducing Project Management methodologies and overseeing PMO (Project Management Office) development within organizations, managing the project portfolio.

His rich managerial background spans strategy development, PMO, Lean Management, Business Analysis and internal audit within financial companies. He holds a Master's in Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Project Management at WSB in Wroclaw and Chorzow. He also serves as a lecturer at MBA Process Management postgraduate studies offered by WHS in Wroclaw.

His achievements include being a Silver medalist of the IPMA Polish Project Excellence Award 2017 for implementing a Suggestion System in GK KRUK.
