With nearly 1000 hours of workshop facilitation experience covering areas like 5S, Suggestion Systems, Value Stream Mapping, Standardization, TPM, and Visual Management, they currently serve as a Logistics Leader in one of the largest automotive parts manufacturing companies.

With over 8 years of experience in international enterprises, her expertise extends to managing production process transfers, including new introductions and technology transfers. She actively apply Lean principles in practice, implementing tools in production and showcasing tangible results. Additionally, she's developed an original program to support employee development in Lean Manufacturing, focusing on qualification improvement at the production level.
